| General Features: |
- ENLARGED COLUMN: Enlarged & honeycomb ribbed column, especially suitable for heavy duty drinding.
- HIGH RIGID CONSTRUCTION : Construction of table , saddle and base is caste with high grade casting iron , strongly ribbed.
- SPINDLE : Enlarged spindle set is supported by four preloaded precision angular contact ball bearing and driven by V3 class motor that allow high accurate grinding & heavy duty grinding .
- ANTI-WEARS & EXCELLENT ABRASION RESISTANT HYDRAULIC SLIDEWAY : The saddle rests on precision hand scraped double V ways and the table rests on precision hand sctaped V and flat ways that coated with TURCITE-B . these guide ways are equipped with auto lubrication to resist wear of guide ways, plus lasting accuracy and damping.
- AUTO LUBRICATION SYSTEM : Automatic lubrication system is applied as standard to ensure sufficient sufficient lubrication at lead screw and guide ways for more longevity.
- CROSS FEED BALLSCREW : Saddle cross teansverse travel powered by special DC Servo motor with ball screw .Allow rapid/sllow step & continuous infeed grinding and changed the cross speed for rough or finish grinding automatically are available .
- BUILT IN TYPE ROXIMITY SWITCH : Longitudinal & Cross feed movement provide built in type(hidden) proximity switch , features safe and easy operation .
- TABLE SPEED CONTROL : Presettable hydraulic table speed control allows operator to pre-set speed rate, enable to get same speed rate when when engaging hydraulic table every time .
